The Anniversary Celebration Mask is a decorative mask that is equipped in the head scale slot.
The Anniversary Celebration Mask was handed out into people's vaults during the 10th anniversary of Istaria, which was in December 2013. All dragon characters that existed during this time were given one of these masks; this was the only time they were ever given out and thus are unobtainable to any player or character created after this date.
However, it is still possible to get one of these masks by trading with other players if they are willing to part with their own.
