The Bony Head Scale is a decorative mask that is equipped in the head scale slot. When used, it produces a tech kits after consuming 5 Maggot Chews that can then be used to apply the visuals of the mask to any head scale.
It was one of the runner ups in the fall festival contest of 2005 and was submitted by a player named Telshyia from the Chaos server.
