Quartermaster Fibble Brunt is in need of some assistance with the Icy Dire Wolves blocking the road to the Tower of Magery.

Fibble tells you, Well, well, one of the Gifted come here to this lonely outpost! Entropy, but I could use your help with a small, tiny matter. Will you hear me out?
Fibble tells you, Excellent. I have heard that about you. Well, not really, but it sounded good, didn't it? Never-you-mind though. Yes, my small matter. Do you see that great big Tower to the north? Up there, <player>, on the mountain?!?! Thats the Tower of Magery. Odd name, isn't it? But, there it sits. Or stands. Whatever.
Fibble tells you, I have been contracted by the Enclave of Mages to deliver warm pelts to Eilen, the lone resident Mage at the Tower. But, there are two minor issues that are barely worth mentioning... I don't have any pelts. And there are Icy Dire Wolves blocking the road! This isn't portal science!
Fibble tells you, So, perhaps you, <player>, would be interested in helping me? First, we'll need some pelts. Fortunately the pelt of the Icy Dire Wolf is quite warm and thick once prepared properly. There are quite a few of them gathered around the road to the Tower. You can find it at the eastern end of the Winter Vale. I think ten pelts will suffice.
