The Corrupted Spectres are destroyed, removing the immediate threat of corruption to the Chiconis Battlefield, as well as other battlefields or burial grounds. But Watcher Barin does not believe the source of the corruption has been removed, he suspects one last enemy remains to be dealt with.
Quest Text[edit]
Barin tells you, It is a fine day, beneath Drulkar's Eye, is it not, <player>? I have been studying the essence you brought back from the Dead Pool and also reports brought to me by scouts and by all accounts the true source of the corruption yet remains.
Barin tells you, Yes, <player>, I am afraid you must enter the Dead Pool once again if we are to successfully stop the reoccurrence of this pestilence. There is a creature, my scouts tell me, called Annarvis the Foul that has been sighted prowling the most inner sanctum of the Dead Pool. This creature is who you must defeat to stop the corruption from spreading once more.
Barin tells you, Annarvis is destroyed? Drulkar Be Praised, you have done well. This day will be remembered by my people, <player>, and your part will not be forgotten. As a token of goodwill and of thanks I give you the ability to protect yourself in my name.
Barin the Watcher bestows an ability, Armor of the Watcher, upon you.

- Defeat Annarvis the Foul within the Dead Pool
- Return to Watcher Barin atop the Cleric's Tower
