At Kaliphar's behest you traveled to the Chiconis Battlefield and released many of the tainted spirits back to their eternal slumber. But all is not well on the battlefield and Kaliphar is growing more concerned by the hour.
Quest Text[edit]
Kaliphar tells you, <player>, time is short so I must be succinct. The tainted spirits had a thin tether to the Prime and therefore were weaker than I had anticipated. Nevertheless, your actions prevented them from crossing over to this realm in addition to saving them from eventual domination by the Withered Aegis.
Kaliphar tells you, However, your task is not yet complete. There are other spirits, larger and more substantial than those you fought before, that you must now seek. There are questions to which I must have answers, <player>, and the revenants on the battlefields may be the carriers! Quickly now, go back to the Battlefield and collect the spiritual core of these revenants. It will harm them, for that I am truly sorry, but we must consider the greater good and we MUST discover the source of corruption lest it spread beyond the confines of the fallen on this one field.
Kaliphar tells you, Good, good, yes these will serve my purposes. You have done well, <player>, under extreme duress. Fighting your own fallen brethren could not have been easy, but you prevailed and together we will surely be able to lay the fallen back to rest.

- Listen to Kaliphar
- Recover ten (10) Spirit Shards from the Enraged Revenants on the Chiconis Battlefield
- Return to Kaliphar in Chiconis with the Spirit Shards
