Quest Text[edit]

Jynasix tells you, Fellow brethren seek me out to further their knowledge of the secrets of tapping into the Realm of Expanse. We dragons learned long ago learned of the different realms and how they interact with the Prime. The realm of Expanse is a vastness with out end. By creating a small opening from the prime to the realm of expanse we can store and carry more than normally allowed.

Before I teach you how to master the dimensional pocket, but first I am in need of some assistance. Certain members of our brethren have taken up posts at the very top of each on of the magic towers across the land. Their task is to watch and catalog the happenings around the land. They are observers only and will not interfere with any occurrences. Go to them, listen to what they have to say and report back to me.

Araga tells you, The naka-duskael are inquisitive little creatures are they not? The sandstorm seems to have uncovered the most peculiar thing, it seems the blowing sands uncovered the inhabitants of a lost city. Most interesting is that all of the inhabitants were turned to solid sandstone, the naka-duskael believe a powerful king was angry with the people and cursed them to be statues.

They are putting a lot of energy to lifting the curse on the inhabitants in the hope secrets lost to time will be revealed.

Yes they are such inquisitive little things, now if only we could direct that energy in its proper direction.

Meria tells you, Jynasix must have sent you to gather my report. Very well, report this, the blizzard continues, frost has gathered on my tail, the naka-duskael still bustle about below, sometimes gazing upward, seemingly looking for something, I of course would not stoop so low as to commune with such as them, much less let them know of my presence. The naka-duskael city called Mahagra has grown as the inhabitants continue to propagate like vermin; there is nothing else to report about this frozen wasteland.

Tell Jynasix, I'd much rather watch over my blue skinned friends...

Magish tells you, You have come to visit me have you. Must warn you; be careful where you put a claw, the little bipeds are all over. Why just yesterday as I flew around and almost squished three of them. Almost as bad as hatchlings they are. But you didn't come to hear me banter on about them did you.

Tell Jynasix, the Withered Aegis is still trying to take the tower but the defenders are holding strong. For a while things were looking grim. It seems the lich king had broken the seal created by the dryads and druids to keep the lich trapped in the land of blight. The seal was failing but the druids could not reinforce it alone and the dryads had locked themselves away in the Realm of Nature. A way was found to call the dryads back but it took a lot of effort. Now the dryads have joined the battle against the Withered Aegis.

Naka-duskael with wings... -shakes head-

Barin: Leave me, my head is pounding and my ears still ringing from all the noise.

What?

Speak up; did I not just say my ears are still ringing? Ah Jynasix sent you did he, well here is my report.

The werewolves gathered under a great beast called Titus, who stood taller than the tallest half-giant, They ran around in circles baying and howling then when I thought I could not stand the noise any longer they left and headed north toward the city of Dalimond. You should have seen the Naka-duskeal scatter before the dogs. The clerics in the tower below created whistles that seemed to harm the wolves. I don't know which was worse, the beasts and their yipping and yelping or the Naka-duskeal running around tooting their whistles. Thankfully the noise has ended after Titus and his pack were destroyed at the outskirts of Dalimond.

So you have my report, now leave me, I tire of talking.

Naithis: The frontier is crawling with the scaleless-ones. They are rebuilding their hamlets and towns and spreading further east. There are rumors of lands to the far north, but if the rumors are true the lands lie out of reach of dragon flight for now, with nothing but the icy cold sea in between.

Tanilis: Look upon that wasteland, it is most frustrating for a race not of our own to allow our lands to become under threat. Give Jynasix this news, and leave me be. The Crimson Scourge has been let loose on the land.

Their forces pour over the Wedge and move westward. Many have valiantly tried to stem the tide but I fear if something is not done soon, the Crimson Scourge blight the western lands once again with their presence.

Dythias: Can you believe the audacity of those abominations? To desecrate our hallowed lands and steal the bones of our ancestors! Now I hear there are mockeries of the great dragons being used in the western wastes.

How I wish I could go and tear them from limb to rotten limb. Go and tell Jynasix my report.

Kilama: Hello there, come to join me in the solitude? It is so peaceful up here. At night one can just sit and count the stars and during the day almost touch the clouds as they drift by.

Oh pardon me, so Jynasix sent you did he? Well tell him that unless he is interested in knowing how many ruxus and spiders have been killed since my last report, there is nothing to report, well there has been rumors of skulks, my guess is it is just swamp gas, but nothing solid as of yet. It has been quiet here. Hmm, now that I think about it maybe it's been too quiet, but never mind, give him my report and let me get back to my solitude.

Jynasix: Ah, you have come back with such news of the profound and profane, it is said of our kind that we should do more to get involved in things, but alas that is discussion for another time, another place.

There is something I must give you, those who taught me this ability gave it to me and now I carry on the tradition and pass it on to you.

Perhaps I should continue with our last lesson and pass on the last of my knowledge of dimensional manipulation to you <player>.
