An old tech for Dragon Chest scales only, gives melee attacks a 5% chance to stun the target for 6 seconds.Does not work on mobs that cannot be stunned, such as Gruk the Frigid, General Reklar Plaguebearer, but works great on Valkor the Impaler. I find it very useful on mobs who also use stuns, such as Blight Hounds.
