| Palesnout Tusks |
There is a herd of palesnouts that roam the base of the mountains on the western edge of the Kirasanct Tundra. They're also on the island of Trandalar. Trandalar is the large island north of Mahagra. Head east along the coast from Aroah's Leap to find the herd. Help thin the herd by killing the palesnouts and collecting their tusks for the trophy hunters in Mahagra or New Rachival.
Quest text[edit]
Bag 100 Palesnout Tusks and return to the Trophy Hunter in either Mahagra or New Rachival. The palesnouts can be found on the island of Trandalar along the southern coast, or west of Frost Boulder.
Palesnouts don't smell nearly as bad as some of the other gruoks because they're mostly frozen. You would be too if you lived where the cold winds are always blowin. There's two herds I know of. One's at the base of the mountains west of Frost Boulder. The other's up on Trandalar right along the coast. Either way it is COLD there, so the stink isn't nearly so bad. Get me some good sized tusks from the palesnouts, not those little ones from the younglings, and I'll put em to good use.
