The Welger have invaded the Ruin of Tazoon and its surroundings. Reducing their number will help the Living Races to fight this threat. The trophy hunters in Mahagra and New Rachival will accept their belongings as proof that you have defeat some of them for the Empire.

Bag 100 Protective Charms and return to the Trophy Hunter in either Mahagra or New Rachival. Welger can't be found inside the Ruin of Tazoon and in its surroundings
Welger often carry Protective Charms to give them luck in battle. Make them know they don't work well.
