Jellerin tells you, Hello, its such a lovely day to be fishing! Shame the fish arent as plentiful as they once were. Why me and Micklin would sit on these very docks and catch enough fish in a half-day to feed the whole town. I guess times change. The fish have headed for deeper water.
Jellerin tells you, Just as well, Micklin seems not to have the time to come fishing anymore, with him being the mayor and all. But, I just know there are some great catches in the deep water! No one goes out in boats anymore.
