Mayor Clause needs help getting presents delivered. He's sent you to Sslanis with a package for Kesh.

Mayor tells you, Sslanis, hmm? Well, I suppose Kesh could find a use for this. The dingle-hopper really should work, if we could just figure out what it was supposed to do.. Yes, take this to Kesh and see if he can make sense of the plans.

Kesh tells you, Gnomekindle? Yes, Kesh has heard the gnomes speak of it. The holiday celebrating the birth of the gnomish people, Kesh understands. So <player> brings Kesh a gift from Nicholas. Mayor tells you, I'm so glad Kesh thinks he can find a use for the dingle-hopper. The gnome who invented it was rather upset when his partners laughed at him during the demonstration. You see, try as he might, he couldn't get the model to function at all. So they all thought that it had no real function. I, of course, knew better.
