Quest Text[edit]
Rennis the Mage has given you an Experimental Spell and asked that you test it out on the undead near the south gate of Kion.
Quest Dialogue[edit]
Upon accepting the quest
"Rennis tells you, You're showing real aptitude as a mage! I've got a small task for you if you have time. We're constantly developing new spells to combat the undead, and I thought you might like the opportunity to test one of them! Just go kill some undead near the south gate of Kion and report back to me when you are done."
After slaying enough undead (in Quest Chat)
"You have slain sufficient undead!"
After using Experimental Flame Bolt 5 times (in Quest Chat)
"You've used Experimental Flame Bolt enough times!"
Upon returning to Rennis
"Rennis tells you, Hmm... Somewhat disappointing, but few experiments are entirely successful the first time. Thank you for your help!"
Steps[edit]
- Kill ten (10) undead near the south gate of Kion
- Use Experimental Flame Bolt five (5) times
- Note, upon accepting the quest you'll receive the Formula: Experimental Flame Bolt spell.
- Return to Rennis the Mage in Kion
