Miemonus tells you, You have sought me out, so you clearly wish to improve your skills as a scalecrafter. Or so I hope. Rykhar over there has no interest in crafting his own scales; he simply shoves the task onto others. Pathetic! A true dragon knows how to forge their armor with their own two paws.
Miemonus is a Dragon Scalecraft trainer. He offers all tiers of Scalecraft Mastery. Like most other dragon trainers, he offers a new quest every 10 levels starting with Scalecraft Mastery II.
