Loremaster Burl feels that the natural look is the best way to decorate a Gnomekindle Tree. He wants ornaments carved from wood for his tree.
(NOTE: While this quest is active, you have a chance of getting ornaments from the treants that you fight. Different levels of treants will give you different colored ornaments.)

Loremaster tells you, Greetings and welcome again to Gnomekindle Town. The celebration has begun once again.
Loremaster tells you, The Gnomekindle Tree in the center of town is even bigger than last year's tree, don't you think? And it is decorated so beautifully. But something is missing. All the ornaments look so artificial. The tree needs that natural look that can only come from wooden ornanments.
Loremaster tells you, I think we need a tree for next year with more wooden ornaments. Would you help me with this? If you collect chunks of wood for making the ornaments, I'll carve them. I will offer you Istarian Express Checks in exchange.

- Burl has sent you out to gather chunks of wood for making ornaments. Bring him back 50 chunks.
- Take the wood chunks back to Burl so he can make his decorations.
