Giltekh the Master Alchemist was so pleased with the results of the first potion by his lost love, Niesa, that he decided to try making another one. With your help he finished the potion and now he's interested in teaching you how to make it for yourself.

Giltekh tells you, <player>, the time has come to make this potion official. Oh, it works and we could certainly distribute it to others, but for credit to be given, for myself and for Niesa, we must have it registered with the Guild of Alchemists.
Giltekh tells you, You remember where to go, right? Kirasanct is the place and speak with Grand-Master Barrakhen. Here, take the application I have filled out. Thank you!
Barrakhen tells you, I recognize you. You were here before with an application from Giltekh. Yes, I am right! His recipe was unorthodox, but everything was in order and the Guild is currently reviewing it.
Barrakhen tells you, What brings you back to me, <player>? Another application? Indeed. Let me take a look. *he takes the application from you* Yes, similar to the last. Still unorthodox, but this one was also a product of Niesa I see.
Barrakhen tells you, Yes, everything here appears to be in order, <player>. Unfortunately, <player>, there is a small problem. You see, the Registrar for the Guild, Akhet, is not currently in attendance here in Kirasanct. She frequently travels around the Empire, rarely staying in one place for more than a few weeks. When you brought in the previous application she was here, but it was nothing more than a fortunate coincidence. Speak with me again in a moment while I consider what to do.

- Carry the Application Giltekh handed you to Grand-Master Barrakhen in Kirasanct.
- Speak with Barrakhen about the application.
- Hopefully Barrakhen approves your application.
