Having freed Niesa from her enslavement and having defeated her oppressor, Niesa has begun to remember much of what she had once known in life. She has promised to give you the recipe that she claims will deal a great blow to the enemy. First, however, you must help her finish her research.

Niesa tells you, The final item on the list is a common one and I am unsure if it will contain sufficient power for our purposes, but it is best to rule each reagent off the list before venturing into the unknown once more.

Niesa tells you, The component I speak of is the bark of a Thornwood tree. I am sure you are familiar with them, are you not? They grow on the slopes south of Harro and are quite common. Due to our needs, however, we cannot use the bark of the normal trees. Instead, we must use the bark of the Blighted Thornwood trees.

Niesa tells you, Make haste, <player>! I anxiously await your return.

You have gathered enough Blighted Thornwood Bark, return to Niesa!.

Niesa tells you, Very good, <player>. Now, give me a moment as I boil this bark.

Niesa tells you, This is quite disappointing, <player>. We have failed. See how the potion has started to smoke and smell burned? That means there was an unintended reaction in the brew and it could potentially explode. It was worth a try and unfortunately we have exhausted the items I had on my list as potential catalysts for the potion.

Steps

• Listen to Niesa
• Gather ten (10) Blighted Thornwood Bark from Blighted Thornwood Trees
• Return to Niesa at her Prison with the Bark
• Wait until Niesa finishes boiling the Bark
• Speak with Niesa about the results
