Johald has received a request from Frelic, the Militia Surplus officer for a shipment of new Ringmail Gauntlets. Johald would like you to assist Frelic with replenishing their stock of armor.

Ahh, <player>. Good you're here. I just got a request from The Militia. Frelic has asked me for some assistance in restocking the Militia surplus with some more armor. He tells me they that the stocks have become low with all the operations they have been running lately. Could you go talk to Frelic and see if you could lend them a hand? He needs Ringmail Gauntlets, I know, so here is the formula. I just don't know how many he needs.

I have been going over the papers and checking the stores in our stock and it looks like we are just about out of Bronze Ringmail Gauntlets for the Militia.
