Lisandia's lair is looking rather disorganized. She's lost the main component she needs to complete a new dragon scale. Collect a finger from a Bhal'kuk Gatherer for her and she will train you further in the use of primal magic.

Lisandia needs a Bhal'kuk Gatherer's Finger. The Bhal'kuk Gatherers can be found south of the Fallen Outpost near Old Rachival.
Hmmm? Yes, hello <player>. I didn't hear you come in. I'm in the middle of making a new scale for a dear friend and I'm missing one of my rarer components - a Bhal'kuk Gatherer's Finger. I'm going to keep looking for it, but in the mean time if you'd get another one for me I'd very much appreciate it. I know it's asking a lot, but I'll pay you for your troubles. I'll even count it as the task required for your next level of Primal Mastery. Oh, please say you'll help me out, won't you?
