Rare Ancient Dragon Artifact

At Jorce's request you uncovered additional artifacts, including a particularly rare and beautiful one that appears to have some magical energy still active within it. Now Jorce wants you to speak with Dennison Jadefellow, a local scholar, in Dalimond to learn more about the artifact.

Quest text[edit]

Jorce tells you, <player>, this artifact is a rare find indeed! Look at how it glows and holding it here in my hand I can almost "feel" it! It is truly amazing and a once in a lifetime find. *he glances at the nearby Dragon* We must not let the Dragon know that we have it. Quickly, take the stone and go to Dalimond. Seek out Dennison Jadefellow and speak with him about the stone. We must discover more about its origins and if there are additional stones like this to be found.

You have received 1 Rare Ancient Dragon Artifact.

Dennison tells you, Well, Saris, what have we here? Jorce Ammis sent you? Yes, I know him. He is investigating an ancient ruin on the Dalimond Ridge. Oh! You are here at his request? Well, well. He must have found something very interesting and rare to have sent someone with it to me. Well, lets see it shall we?

Dennison tells you, Curious, this stone is. It is more of a gemstone or crystal. But see how it glows? It is certainly imbued with magical properties of some sort. Humans learned magic from the Dragons you know? So it should be of no surprise to find artifacts of Dragon origin about. But what did this do I wonder... *he rubs his chin thoughtfully*

Dennison tells you, Well, we shall discover it in time I suspect. That you found it on the Dalimond Ridge is also curious. There are no records of Dragon settlements there so one must wonder how the artifacts got there. Some much older settlement perhaps? We will need to do some research to learn more.
