You are sent to learn more about what is happening in The Observatory. It is believed there is some sort of ritual to raise the dead happening.

Dreveon tells you, Some sort of ritual, you say? And the tablet was written in Ancient Oghram? I recall hearing something about that language in a tavern once. Let me think a moment. Where was I?
Dreveon tells you, Ah yes, I remember now. I was here in Dalimond. Lass by the name of Minisa was talking to some of her scholarly type friends about it. This ritual you speak of sounds serious indeed. You should seek out Minisa and ask her. I'll remain here and keep your seat warm and your ale cold.
Minisa tells you, You were sent here by Dreveon? Truly? I had not realized he was such an intelligent gentleman. I shall seek him out when next I find myself in the tavern here. But what is that you are carrying? Something in the Ogham language, you say? Please, let me see.
Minisa tells you, Yes, Julius was right. The language is actually called Briatharogam but the written language is Ogham, so I understand his confusion. It is an ancient human language dating back to even before the Age of Dragons, though it was only during that age that the language actually became a written one as well. It was once believed to be a symbolic language more than an alphabetic language, though as we learned more about it, we came to realize that the symbols themselves did stand for letters, just letters with meaning in and of themselves. My apologies, I digress. I'm sure you did not come to me for a history lesson on Briathargam. Give me but a moment to review this tablet and I will speak to you again.
Minisa tells you, The ritual seems to be what Julius said it was, a means of collecting power into one place. What puzzles me is this symbol here, "Getal". It translates loosely into "slaying" or "beginning of slaying". And here, this symbol, "Uath" meaning "fear", it is associated with the assembling of creatures of the night, or undead. Perhaps that is it! Perhaps this ritual is actually a method for killing the Withered Aegis, though the Aegis as we know them today would not have existed during the Age of Dragons. I know of one other area where the Aegis have begun to gather lately. The Ruined Observatory. You should travel to Observatory Outpost and speak with Blarto. He is a wizard who has been living near and studying the Observatory for years now. He or one of the others stationed at Observatory Outpost may be able to shed some light on what is happening there.

- Talk to Minisa. Dreveon mentioned that she is a scholarly type, so you should start looking for her near the Archives.
- Minisa asked you to give her a moment to examine the tablet. Speak to her again when she appears done.
- Talk to Wizard Blarto at the Observatory Outpost.
