A revered ancient Dragon fell protecting the refugees as they fled the ruin of Tazoon. You have stopped the Invaders from desecrating her body and have even recovered parts that were taken from it. Now you must carry word of her death and sacrifice to the Council of Elders.

Quest text[edit]

Valrukhath tells you, You have done Dragonkind and the Followers of Helian a great favor and it will not be forgotten. It is time to carry word of the death of Ambirannis to the Council of Elders. However, the journey to Dralk is too long and dangerous.

Valrukhath tells you, I have heard that a representative from the Council is with the Imperial Army at their camp to the south. I suggest carrying word to this representative and we shall proceed from there. The camp was built on a plateau south of Tazoon. To reach it, you will need to go to the road south of this camp and then proceed east into the Bloody Tears. A path leads south towards a dangerous place called the Bitter Pickle. Take that path, but do not enter the pickle. Instead, follow a fork in the road over the ridge and you will reach the Imperial Camp. Be safe, my friend.

Good day, <player>. My name is Kemalata and I am the Council of Elder's representative. I was sent to investigate the tragedy that befell the city of Tazoon. Dragonkind condemns this type of violence, of course, and we will support our allies in our continued fight against the Withered Aegis, in whatever form that takes.

Kemalata listens patiently as you relay the tale told by Valrukhath

Now, what can I do for you? Ambirannis is dead? Truly? The Council will be most dismayed to hear this dire news. Tell me the entire story, please.

A tale that inspires conflicting emotions, is it not? I am saddened to hear of the passing of Ambirannis for she was truly one of the greatest of our people, a true follower of Helian. On the other claw, I am heartened to hear of her selfless sacrifice and prowess in battle against these invaders. It is most uplifting!

<player>, I thank you for relaying this to me. I must carry this news to the Council immediately. Please accept this as a gesture of thanks.
