A dead Volcanic Pustule is often hard to distinguish from a live Volcanic Pustule. You've been told to make twenty (20) of them dead so you can study the differences.

Pustules are..... oddities. They appear to be pieces of an element that has become conscious and sprung to life. We consider them to be abominations - clumps of animated mass that have no natural explanation. We kill them whenever we see them, and you should go out and learn to recognize them. Travel northwest from here and search for some Volcanic Pustules. Kill several of them, until you learn to identify both living and dead ones. They can sometimes be difficult to tell one from the other. Return to me when you can prove you know your enemy.
