You defeated the leader of the Withered Aegis known as Saronn the Risen King. But you found a strange token on his corpse that Sergeant Ortos believes may hold a key to other strange occurrences across the peninsula.

<player>, let me see the token you discovered for a moment. Curious, this. Very curious. I could swear by Istara that I've seen this before somewhere... *he rubs his chin* But where... My gut tells me that this is important to the war effort, somehow. And if there's one thing I've grown accustomed to, its listening to my gut!
- he chuckles* It isn't always about food, <player>, of that I can assure you! No! In fact, my gut tells me often whether something is going to go well or badly. In this case, it's telling me this is important and that we should pursue it further. So, I would recommend you take this to Dalimond and speak with Leftenant Hanlon. Maybe he'll recognize it. Safe journeys!
Travel to Dalimond and speak with Leftenant Hanlon about the Strange Token you recovered
Soldier, how goes the war effort? Reports place you at the Observatory Outpost, this is good. The outpost is key to our defense of that corner of the Confederation. I have heard of your defeat of the Risen King, well done! But what brings you back here? You found a token on his body?
Sergeant Ortos claimed his gut told him it was important did he? *he laughs* The Sergeant is a good soldier and I have seen him "listening" to his gut many a time in the local tavern. *the smile slides from his face* But, when it comes to war I have learned to heed his warnings. They have never steered me wrong, in over ten years of fighting along his side! So, if the Sergeant says something is important, then it must be important. Now, let us have a look shall we?
Listen to Leftenant Hanlon
- he turns the Token over and over in his hand* Curious... It seems familiar to me, though I cannot place it. *he frowns* I could swear I had seen this symbol, just last week even. But where! Well, <player>, we must bring this to the Mayor's attention. Go speak with him. He's just outside by the Statue of Istara.

<player>, welcome back to Dalimond! Hero of the Vandus Confederation, that is what I will begin calling you... Yes, you've done enough for us, that is for sure. But, what can one such as me do for one of the Gifted? You defeated the Risen King? Surely not? *he laughs* It is true then! Istara's Name you are truly a blessing to these lands.
But, you are not here to brag, are you? You found a token on his body and the Leftenant sent you to me? Well, well. Yes, I can say with certainty that I know every token this side of the Great Barrier itself! Let me see it.
- he looks at it intently, then at you, then back at it* Surely not! *he shakes his head* Surely you did not find THIS token on the Risen King, <player>? You did? *he shakes his head* I... I cannot.. believe it. Surely not him! My friend, THIS token belongs to none other than Gregory himself! I would never have believed it had I not seen it with my own eyes.
Listen to Mayor Vandus
- he hands the token back to you* <player>, Gregory is here in this very town. If he is a traitor to his own people, to the Confederation and the Empire, then he must be stopped! Go and find him. I saw him earlier today in the tavern, perhaps he is still there! Hurry!
