Hoody's best friend Ted has gone missing. And just in time for the work of decorating the festival area to begin! Hoody is not surprised and figures Ted is off slacking somewhere. Help him find Ted and he'll reward you with some festival tickets.

Hoody tells you, So I'd imagine you are wondering why this area is looking rather bland, aren't you? After all, this is supposed to be a festival area! Well I will tell you why! My best friend, Ted, was supposed to help me with decorating. And hiring staff for this area. But Ted has wandered off and I can't leave here to go running after him. I have too much to do myself! Will you find Ted for me? If you do, I'll give you some Festival Tickets to get started with.
Ted tells you, Hoody is looking for me? Why ever would he be doing that? To decorate? Seriously? He thinks I am capable of decorating? Well, you can just go back to him and tell him I am doing something important! Something very important, in fact. Tell him I've gone fishin. Then come back and tell me what he said to that. I'll even let you help me with my fishing if you do.
Hoody tells you, FISHING! He said he's GONE FISHING! You are kidding, right? He's fishing.
He sighs deeply and slowly..
Hoody tells you, Well, I never said that your reward depended on what Ted was doing, just on you finding him. Here, I'll tell you what? To remind us of Ted's Famous Fishing Adventure, I'll give you the pattern for this commemorative Swordfish Banner instead of festival tickets.

Steps[edit]
- Find Ted. All Hoody knows is that he's gone wandering off somewhere. He SHOULD still be on the island, though, as using a portal is beyond Ted's ability to accomplish on his own.
- Go back to Hoody and tell him that Ted said he's gone fishing. You hope for your sake and Ted's that there is more to the story than that because Hoody probably won't be very happy with this news.
