Location

They can be found on the mountains of Abandoned Island, at the Peak of Tarannosh on Scorpion Island, and on Dalimond Ridge west of Central Valley. During the seasonal Gnomekindle event there are level 20 Winter Wolves on New Koraelia.

	If you can't find any, try killing those creatures around the assumed location and wait a few (usually up to 5 minutes), they may be on a shared spawn point.
