Keori tells you, Welcome to Chiconis, fellow Dragon! You've come just in time! There is a little naka'duskael over by the Kion Volcano named Barridin; have you heard of him? Well, no matter. He hurt himself running away from a Golem up on the hill there, the poor Saris. I've been meaning to give him some supplies to help him on his way, but I've been so busy here. I could really use your help - do you mind?
Keori tells you, Ah, splendid, thank you! Here, take this package of supplies. It's very fragile and won't survive a hard flight or a good glide, so please stick on the ground throughout the journey, alright? Great! I recommend starting your journey in Kion and following the southwestern path along the edge of the mountain. You'll find your way there, I'm sure. Best of luck, Gifted!
