The price is generally far lower than the actual worth of the item being sold (also called 'imperial price'), but it is a good way to make some money off unwanted items, or selling in bulk for profit (such as selling a batch of [[Gems]]). Pawn brokers are found in most [[:Category:Location|towns and cities]]. Players are able to create buildings on their plots containing pawn brokers. Unlike [[Consigner]]s, goods are paid immediately by the empire, rather than waiting for a player to purchase.

Pawn Brokers are nicknamed "PBs" in-game.
