You have gained a small amount of experience as a Lairshaper, but you have much yet to learn. Balennos wishes to teach you more about the nature of Azulyte Crystals.
Quest text[edit]
Balennos tells you, Ah, <player>. I see your skill has grown considerably. You are indeed becoming quite the Crystalshaper! Perhaps you will one day rival even my skills! Ah, but then again, perhaps not. We shall see. I think perhaps you have come to see me about another Crystalshaping challenge, have you not?
Balennos tells you, So it is true then. Excellent <player>, excellent. This challenge requires you to work with Amber Azulyte Crystals, which I believe you should already have some experience with. In order for me to bestow my next blessing upon you, you will need to show me that you are capable of crafting 18 Amber Crystalline Lattices. This challenge is not only to determine how well you can shape these crystals into some functional for your lair, but also for me to see how well you understand the concept of shaping these crystals without destroying their natural beauty. Once you have crafted the Lattices, bring them back to me so I may evaluate your work.
Balennos tells you, I have awaited your return <player>. Now, let me see the Lattices. Hmm. This is fine work. You have certainly captured the art of shaping the Amber Azulyte Crystals while retaining their beauty. That is impressive. However, you have not quite mastered the skills required to achieve complete functionality just yet, but these will still suit their purpose. Fear not, for with a little more practice, you will reach your goal. I can tell that you have all the markings of a master Crystalshaper. After you have practiced working with these Crystals, come back and see me again and we will see how you have improved.
