Giltekh the Alchemist organized an expedition to this remote island on Aradoth because of a rare plant that grows here. You helped him honor her memory by creating a potion he called Niesa's Rub. Now, he may be ready to teach you how to make the potion yourself.
Quest text[edit]
Giltekh tells you, <player>, I wish to thank you for helping me make possible. Without you I could not have gathered either the Vilitis Bulb, the Frozen Carapaces or even the Frozen Essence. Niesa herself would have been proud of me for following through on this and of you for providing help when someone asked.
Giltekh tells you, Only someone who practiced alchemy itself could understand the complexities and subtle nuances of potion-making and in particular of recipes such as this. It is because of this and our shared interest that I have decided to make this potion available to others, such as yourself.
Giltekh tells you, What I would have you do is collect and process both ingredients as well as the catalyst and then return here to me. I will review them and we will see what further steps you might take.
Giltekh tells you, Ah, good, there you are. Let me take a look at what you've brought me. *he scrutinizes each ingredient in turn* These will be sufficient.
Giltekh tells you, There is but one more step on your path, <player>. Take this letter to Grandmaster Barrakhen in Kirasanct and register this new potion with the Guild of Alchemists. Only then will it be placed for review and considered an official Imperial potion and only then will Niesa and I be given credit for its creation.

Steps[edit]
- Create four (4) units of Vilitis Pulp
- Create four (4) units of Frozen Carapace Dust.
- Create two (2) Frozen Shining Essence Orbs
- Return to Giltekh at the Expedition Camp when you have acquired the ingredients.
- Carry the Letter from Giltekh to Grandmaster Barrakhen in Kirasanct.
