Word of the help you provided the Guard-Captain has spread to the Mayor of New Rachival. Despite your efforts, led by the Mayor's wild schemes, your failures are mounting and the Cult grows with each passing hour, but the Mayor has another plan to stop the engineers of the Cult.

Lem tells you, <Player>, a moment of your time if you please. Learning about the Cult through their heretical book was a failure. Therefore, we must take other steps in an attempt to stop these misguided fools!
Lem tells you, The engineers that follow the Cult, they are the key. Their carry wrenches, do they not? Well, my friend, it is their wrenches that we must take! Steal their wrenches any way you can, stop the followers of Telak.
A small pile of wrenches is starting to amass at your feet. Perhaps this is enough to satisify Mayor Lem....
Lem tells you, Yes, YES! This will surely slow them down... If they cannot fix their blasted automatons, they cannot spread their heretical word.
