You were greeted as you entered New Rachival by the Guard-Captain of the New Rachival Defense Force. It would seem that some citizens of the town have been seduced by the power of the Withered Aegis and now follow the Cabal's twisted orders.

Bixben tells you, A sight for sore eyes, if ever there were one, <player>. One of the Gifted, at last. New Rachival is beset by troubles and our solutions are few. Will you aid us?
