What do you want? By Niatha's horns, I am so tired! These cursed Gloomwolves have been howling all night long and I couldn't sleep! What do they think they were doing? A midnight concerto?
That makes me think the Guild sent me a request about them. What was it? Ah yes, I remember. You! You are going to help me! Don't give me that look, I will reward you with Artifact Hunter Tokens.
I can hardly stand, so wielding a weapon is out of question for the moment. So here is the task you will do for me: the N.R.R.I. believes a part of the power of the Gloomwolves come from an artifact, but they don't have any evidence of it so far. This one may be linked with the full moon and their annoying howls. What you have to do is simple: kill Gloomwolves and take the artifacts from their corpse. At the same time, you will tame their noisy habit by reducing their number!
Gloomwolves can be found west of here near the settlement of Meadowhill. Now, go.

Necklaces, hey? They seem charged with energy. Probably while being exposed to moonlight, that would explain why they are so active at full moon. That will be enough for these Gnomes. Now, take your Artifact Hunter Tokens and leave me to my sleeping bag. Good night!
