Grendulf wants to check if a Dryad's tale is true.

The depth of these tunnels hide hideous and cruel creatures: the Mylocs. Did you know that they were taught by Dryads before their exile to the Realm of Nature?
A Dryad friend living in Aughundell told me this story. In Palmyra, Dryads took Mylocs under their protection and taught their knowledge to their queen and god, Shaloth. But Mylocs are nothing else than treachery and they turned against their naive friends.
A war started for the control of the Sacred Forest near Palmyra. Mylocs used to make prisoners during battle. These poor Dryads were sacrificed to their god and the victims' souls were imprisoned into crystals. These crystals were given to Myloc warriors when they were promoted to Veteran rank: this crystal could enhance their spiritual power. At least this is the tale told among the Dryad people, but there is no evidence of it.
If this is true, Mylocs may still have these crystals with them. And it's here I need your help. Sadly, I am too old to fight those dangerous foes. Would you try to find some of these crystals on Myloc Veterans for me?

- Return to Grendulf at the entrance of Dralnok's Doom with the heirlooms
