The shield... What?.. Ah, you've made a mistake in modifying this relic, haven't you? No worries, we have fine crafters here at the Imperial Outpost who could surely help you. No, no, I'll make sure it gets to the right people, though we are somewhat short on materials so I need to be sure that you wish for this, do you?
(WARNING: This quest removes your current version of the Ceremonial Tower Shield for a new version cleaned of techs. Any techs that you may have applied will not be returned. Please unequip Shield for next step.)
WARNING: Greeting Jatell again will replace your current Shield. You will lose any techniques or crystals currently in the Shield.
