Beltar Blackhammer found a strange, ancient cave up on Demon Peak beyond Bannock's Ridge. He believes you might find it to be of interest.

<player>, you have my family's thanks for helping stop the attacks on our farm. There is another matter I wish to discuss that I believe may be of interest to you.
Some weeks ago I was up on Bannock's Ridge searching for roots and herbs for my mother... *he blushes* Well, in truth I was exploring and imagining myself a grand adventurer! --continue--
Well, um... Yes. At the top of the Ridge there is a crossroads. Right, or South, leads beyond the ruins of the old Bannock Farmstead and then down into the Yew Forest. But straight ahead, or east, leads further along the ridge past an area known as Nathor's Scar. --continue--
As I walked along the road I was attacked and then chased by a ghostly warrior! A Saris here at the farm, Alban, called the ghost Arek Wikhalad. I had never heard of him! --continue--
Nevertheless, you are probably wondering the point of this story. Well, here it is. I fled from the ghost for he greatly out-matched me and took refuge in a cave. Or I thought at first it was a cave. --continue--
After some time when Arek the ghost did not follow, I grew curious and looked at my surroundings. Turns out it was not a cave afterall, but a lair. Yes, <player>, a Dragon's Lair though it appears to be very old and in a great state of disrepair. --continue--
