At the behest of the Archbishop you have located the ancient tomb where Ashlander Vandus has been buried. Scholar Kayl Reynos has learned of your investigations and wishes you to assist her study of the undead.
Quest text[edit]
Kayl tells you, <player>, come closer! I have heard that you have discovered the location of the Tomb of Ashlander Vandus. Is this true? Well, well! *she claps her hands together and smiles broadly* Then we have matters to discuss, you and I!
Kayl tells you, You see, I am a researcher who studies the nature of the undead and of the realms beyond this one, particular those dealing with death. I have heard that undead have been found in many of the tombs across the peninsula! I have also heard your name mentioned and nearly always when speaking of these very same tombs. It would seem that you are more than you appear to be, <player>.
Kayl tells you, This news of the Tomb of Ashlander Vandus is very exciting and may offer me quite a few opportunities to extend my research, if you will be willing to assist me further? Good! All I need you to do is enter the Tomb and collect the Ancient Wrappings from the Ancient Tomb Guards you will find there. Ten should be more than sufficient.

Steps[edit]
- Listen to Scholar Reynos
- Enter the Tomb of Ashlander Vandus and collect ten (10) Ancient Wrappings from the Ancient Tomb Guards
- Return to the Cleric's Tower and deliver the Ancient Wrappings to Kayl Reynos
