Daknor The Berserk is an epic monster that roams south of the Staging Grounds. Three Kwellen Berserkers patrols with him, in an area littered with elite undead.

Combat Tactics

Primal Vengeance, Armor Shreds and Banish Armor works well on him. To begin the fight, you should find a safe spot to pull him to - ideally with nothing nearby; be careful, as many spots of his patrol route are close to extra monsters, and you may need to follow him for a bit to find a good spot.

Once you're ready, pull him into the safe area, and apply as many debuffs to him as you can such as Staggering Howl, Gold Rage, Snarl, and others; you want to increase his recycle as much as possible, as within the first minute he will typically use Berserker Barrage, his hardest hitting attack that can easily kill even prepared players; at the cost of him only being able to do it once every few minutes.

When debuffs are applied and your group has safely survived the initial burst from himself and his Berserkers, use controlling abilities such as Stuns, Mezzes and Roots to control and kill all 3 berserkers as soon as possible; once they are dead the rest of the fight is easy beyond the occasional stun from Daknor and Berserker Barrage.

He also wields a club that allows him to drain life on his targets with each hit, though the amount healed is rather minimal.
