Combat Tactics

They are immune to all types of physical and magical attacks. To hurt them, one needs to convert damage to a satyr virtue that opposes Discord Energy Residue, which is Melody. Bipeds need a weapon to socket the Talisman of Melody - this should work for casters too - while dragons equip the (head) Scale of Melody or put the talisman in their weapon claw.

Alternatively, Cloak of Thorns and Spiked Scales can damage and kill Discord Energy Residues.

Pull Discord Energy Residue to a safe spot on the island, avoid other monsters while fighting and pulling.
