The pattern of hunting saplings continues. This time you've been sent to practice against the Yew Treant Saplings near Mithril's Anvil.
Quest text[edit]
Travel to Mithril's Anvil and then head north and east along the road until you come to where the Yew Treant Saplings roam. Defeat twenty (20) before returning to Bentaras.
By now I'm sure you have determined that there is a pattern to the tasks I give you, <player>. Treants are generally good for you to practice against because they are often densely populated and being able to pick out the saplings from the other treants makes you more precise with how much power you put behind your breath. Though you won't be able to reach further than you can now, focusing your power will cause you to do more damage with this ability to your foes. So spend some time practicing against the Yew Treant Saplings near Mithril's Anvil.

Finally you return. I was starting to wonder if you'd gotten lost. There is only a bit more that I can teach you, but for now you've once again earned my respect so I will share with you a bit more of what I know.
