Dylan tells you, 'They are an abomination against all of nature, I tell you. What am I speaking of? The Risen Bioscholars, of course. Horrific beings, they make the roads leading in to Delgarath unsafe and prevent our families from joining us here in what was supposed to be our home settlement. Delgarath needs you, <player>. Kill 100 Risen Bioscholars and declare yourself an Enemy of Bioscholars as well.'
