Sergeant Dylan has agreed to give you the title of Enemy of Technomancers if you kill 100 Risen Technomancers found in the area around Delgarath.

Dylan tells you, They are an abomination against all of nature, I tell you. What am I speaking of? The Risen Techomancers, of course. Horrific beings, they make the roads leading in to Delgarath unsafe and prevent our families from joining us here in what was supposed to be our home settlement. Delgarath needs you, <player>. Kill 100 Risen Techomancers and declare yourself an Enemy of Techomancers as well.
