Fafnir has been patrolling too close to the outpost for Jatell's comfort.

Step: Defeat Fafnir the Defiler ten (10) times
In case you hadn't noticed <player>, the blight has been creeping ever closer to the outpost. It seems to creep forward only when Fafnir the Defiler and his Blight Hounds are nearby. We believe he is spreading the Blight up the path towards Harro and the outpost. We need to address this. And by we, I mean you. I'm far too busy right now to run out and wave my sword at him. Why don't you do so and I will see what the Imperial council can spare for you.
Game Feedback: Hopefully this should slow the spread of the blight.
Step: Return to Commander Jatell for your title.
I see you have been busy, <player>. You reek of the blight. Are you sure the Gifted can't get blighted themselves? Gods, you smell like you are. At least the blight has slowed its spread now from all your harrying. Please, take this title and leave before you stink up the outpost.
