Vargas has asked you to infiltrate General Reklar Plaguebearer's fortress and eliminate him if you can.

Step: Defeat General Reklar Plaguebearer ten (10) times.
<player>, your success at fighting back against General Reklar Plaguebearer is legendary! I've never seen his fortress so quiet. While we have had time to recuperate, we looked deeper into Reklar. What we know from the dragons is that he is able to forcefully bind souls to husks to bolster his army. The dragons are quite quiet about how, but I have heard whispers of physical souls in the forms of shards - shards weaponized against Reklar himself. Please, bring me some of these shards so we may study them.
Step: Loot five (5) Ethereal Shards.
