Step: Defeat Surtheim ten (10) times.
<player>, it is good to see you again. I spoke to other dragons regarding Surtheim and they believe he could be tapping into the Realm of Fire. I need more proof before I start questioning my elders, however, so I need more detailed observations. Kill it - see if you notice anything else.
Game Feedback: The oppressive heat of the Fiery Maw is starting to weigh on your head. You hope your observations are clear enough for Onyndriss to understand.
Step: Return to Onyndriss in Delgarath.
My, <player>, you look quite the worse for wear. I see burns straight through your armor. What were you able to glean?
- Surtheim appears to grow stronger the more damaged he gets, shielding himself in lava. The molten armor can be broken by using pieces of his allies against him, but the burning blowback knocks you out of fighting shape.
Using lava, you say? That is quite terrifying. While lava is, in its own way, flame, I never considered that a flame elemental could manipulate it so. It takes quite a lot of power and skill to overcome the natural state lava tends to take. I believe this could be enough to grant an audience with the Council. They will know more about the Realm of Fire than I ever could.
