The fall of Tazoon has created chaos and confusion throughout the region. Many refugees have fled to camps and villages nearby, but some have yet to be found. Elsa Batos, former Manager of the Bank of Istaria, died in the explosion. You found her ghost and helped protect the vault and its contents, but she is now concerned about Lialione, her long-time friend.

Quest text

You have done the Bank a great service, <player>. Now, I hope you will help me with a more personal matter. You see, there is someone who is special to me and she needs to know what has happened to me. More than that, she needs to know how I felt, feel even now, about her.

She claps.

Her name is Lialione and she was the Guardian Trainer in Tazoon. Wait, I see that you know of her... and you have spoken to her recently! She lives, truly?!?!

That brings me great joy, to know that she survived the destruction of the city. Please, <player>, will you take her something from me?

There was a flower called Alyssa's Blessing that she loved and she often had a bouquet of them on a table in her home. They are grown by only one person that I know of, a Dryad named Teana Pluirean. You can find her in the village of Kaiyar.

You've heard of Kaiyar, haven't you <player>? No? It's a small village located just to the west of here. There's quite a tale to tell of its origins and re-emergence. The villagers will be happy to tell you all about it, I'm sure.

Please, <player>, speak to her and acquire a bouquet of Alyssa's Blessing for Lialione.

Steps

• Listen to the Ghost of Elsa Batos
• Speak to Curate Teana Pluirean in Kaiyar about Alyssa's Blessing. Kaiyar is located west of the Ghost of Elsa.
• Collect some water at the well on the other side of town for Teana's flowers (use an Istarian Army Knife or Dragon intuition ability if you don't have any craft skills)
• Return to Teana in the Village of Kaiyar with the water
• Wait for Teana to Water her Flowers
• Speak with Teana in Kaiyar about a Bouquet of her flowers
• Wait for Teana to pick the flowers
• Speak with Teana in Kaiyar again about the Bouquet of flowers
• Deliver a Bouquet of Flowers to Lialione in the Imperial Army Camp
