The fall of Tazoon has created chaos and confusion throughout the region. It has created an opening for another Cult to rise, this one dedicated to a former enemy known as Nazderon.
Quest text[edit]
The Cult rises for HE will return, <player>! Balorthos foretold His rise and fall, and his rise again. Dedicate yourself to the Cult or else you will be destroyed along with the other non-believers!
I speak of the almighty Nazederon, of course. I am one of his prophets, a humble voice sent out amongst the sheep to spread HIS Good News.
Allambe shouts, 'Begone fool! Take your prattle elsewhere.'
Fools! I am sorry he bothered you, <player>. I will see to it that he is... escorted... yes, escorted out of the camp promptly.
I hear rumors that there are similar prophets spreading their lies in many of the cities of the Empire. What do you make of his ravings?
I am not very familiar with this Nazderon. Oh, certainly, I recall mention of his name, but I was young at the time and it did not interest me much. I do recall, however, that his temples were to the southwest and a village that occupied much of his attention is not far from here.
Kaiyar I believe the village is called. A few of the refugees might know more, but certainly Teanna Pluirean would know more than any of this Nazderon and his Cult. Go, speak with her about this matter further.

The Cult of Nazderon? Yes, I have heard of them. Why do you ask? Prophets of the Cult are spreading their filth throughout the Empire, are they?
Well, most curious. I suppose you are curious about this Nazderon and why he has a Cult. It seems to be a strange coincidence that the rise of this Cult, the fall of Tazoon and the return of the welger all occurred at the same time, wouldn't you agree?
I do not believe in coincidences, <player>. Let me consider this for a moment and then we shall discuss Nazderon.
Steps[edit]
- Talk to the Prophet of Nazderon
- Speak to Lieutenant Elderincus at the Imperial Army Camp
- Travel to the Village of Kaiyar west of the Imperial Army Camp and Speak with Curate Teana Pluirean the Dryad
