Joseah tells you, Praise Istara, it's one of the Gifted! <player>, you could not have come at a better time. We are under attack by monsters unlike anything I've seen before. The Magister calls them the Welger - but their name is of little importance in comparison to the horrific disaster they have brought down upon us.
Joseah tells you, They have destroyed the grand city of Tazoon! It was obliterated in an instant and the city was lost. Few got out alive and even fewer were unharmed... the survivors have been scattered, but some reached this camp.
Joseah tells you, It was mere weeks ago I was stationed on the front fighting the undead and now here I am trying to defend what remains of the people of Tazoon. We were sent here after the incident by Commander Jatell to keep the Welger within the ruins of the city, but we're stretched thin.
Joseah tells you, I don't know how much longer we can hold them off! Can you ask some of the survivors about what happened? They're over there.
I see no difference
He begins to weep.
Survivor tells you, I am so tired... I can't sleep. Whenever I close my eyes nightmares of huge beasts flooding into the city through some terrible portal wake me. The screams of panic as the city crumbled and burned haunt me. It's too much to think about! What did this?!?! Can they be stopped?

Survivor tells you, The explosion was so loud it still rings in my ears. The ground shook with such force that everyone was knocked from their feet and buildings toppled. So many buildings destroyed. I was injured by falling debris, <player>, but by Istara's Grace I managed to escape. I was one of the lucky ones that got out before... before...
but everythings been the same
Survivor tells you, You are Gifted? Where were you? Where were you when they attacked? The Gifted should protect us, but look what happened... look at what they did to our city. You are here now, it's your duty to save us, so take the fight to them and kill these creatures of legend!
Joseah tells you, Frightened, wounded, exhausted... these are the once proud people of Tazoon. We must do everything we can to protect and save them from suffering the same fate as their beautiful city. If you want to help us, talk to people around the camp. A cataclysm has befallen the grand city of Tazoon! Just beyond the canyons of New Rachival, a camp straddles the road and protects refugees fleeing the destruction of Tazoon.
