The fall of Tazoon has created chaos and confusion throughout the region. The emergency was to take care of the refugees. But now, the Imperial Army wants to know what happened in Tazoon.

<player>, thank you for taking the time to address concerns of the refugees. They've lost a lot and so whatever we can do to help is appreciated. Lieutenant Elderincus was looking for you if you have a moment to speak with him.
<player>! Most excellent timing. Lieutenant Bokhtor relayed my request, I see. I have another task for you that I have not been able to devote time to. As one of the Gifted I feel you are perfectly suited for it.
It is a matter involving the Ruin and the Invasion. Rumors, misinformation, confusion, these are the currency with which we trade at this time. I was hoping you might help clear some of it up and collect some valuable intel for the Army while you are at it. What say you?
Excellent! There are two matters to investigate; the explosion that destroyed much of the city and the invasion of the Welger who now occupy the ruins.
