The fall of Tazoon has created chaos and confusion throughout the region. Many refugees have fled to camps and villages nearby while some former residents fled as far as Aughundell and Feladan.

Quest text[edit]

Elderincus tells you, <player>, your help has been invaluable and is greatly appreciated. I was speaking with Seneschal Allambe earlier and he asked about you, perhaps you should go speak with him.


Step: Speak with Seneschal Allambe

Allambe tells you, Ah, <player>, there you are! I was hoping to speak with you about a grave matter that I understand you have some knowledge of. Elderincus mentioned that you had ventured into the Ruin and found remnants of those who died in Feladan-in-Exile. Is this true?

  • I did find some spirits of those who perished, but only a few.

Allambe tells you, I feared as much and I suppose that means there were none that could be saved? What of the compound itself, would you be able to recover anything from it?

  • I'm afraid not. I found no survivors and the compound has vanished into the whirlpool.

Allambe tells you, Truly? Oh my, yes, that is beyond our assistance. Well, better for all of us that some of the things that were stored in the basement are gone for good, believe me. Would you be willing to relay this information to Quintin the Wise?

  • Yes, I can.

Allambe tells you, Good. I have been thinking of going home for a while now so I will join you. If you aren't familiar with Feladan, you can reach it by traveling east from this camp along the road to the community of Harton Valley. Turn south and follow the road until you reach the outpost of Castra. Take the road east through the forest to Feladan. Safe journeys, <player>.


Step: Speak with Quintin the Wise

Quintin tells you, Welcome to Feladan. What brings you here to our fair city?

Quintin tells you, This is very sad news, <player>, but I thank you for bringing it. We will have some closure now and can properly mourn those that we lost.

Allambe tells you, Ahem, if I may?

Allambe tells you, <player> here also says that the compound was destroyed in its entirety... including the basements.

Quintin tells you, Is this true, <player>?

  • I'm afraid so. The compound has vanished into the whirlpool.

Quintin tells you, Hm. As you no doubt guessed, a number of Artifacts were stored there. Their loss is incalculable, but it is good that they have not fallen into the hands of the welger or worse, the Withered Aegis.

  • That would have been very bad, yes.

Quintin tells you, Wel, regardless, you have my thanks on behalf of the Elven people.

  • Travel to Feladan and speak with Quintin the Wise. Hint: You can reach Feladan by traveling east from the Imperial Army Camp along the road to the community of Harton Valley. Turn south and follow the road until you reach the outpost of Castra. Take the road east through the forest to Feladan.
