The Blood Skulk Tribe can be found down in Spiritous Swamp. Kill the skulks and collect the pendants they wear as a trophy for Drannor, the Trophy Hunter in Aughundell.

Bag 5 Blood Skulk Pendants and return to any Trophy Hunter. The Blood Skulk Tribe can be found down in Spiritous Swamp.
The Blood Skulks are the nastiest of all the skulks that wander the world. So cruel and vicious are they that they have been pushed out of the other skulk tribes and now make their home only in the Spiritous Swamp. But you're brave and Gifted. You can collect me some trophies from them!
